Changan's next generation engine (internalcode name NE1)is based on a new platform withhigh performance and low friction designed in themain architecture. Its first derivative, fourcylinder 1.4 L, turbocharded GDI engine, wasplanned to be launched in March 2019, the thermalefficiency of this engine is close to 36%. Theupgraded version, 1. 5 L.
