学习/工作经历

1992-2002年,就读于上海交通大学,获材料学博士学位
2002-2004年,于中国石油兰州润滑油研发中心从事博士后工作
2004-2011年,于中国石油兰州润滑油研发中心工作,先后任工业润滑油研究所、添加剂研究所副所长
2012-至今, 加入中国科学院,研究员/博士生导师

高端润滑油脂

主要业绩

2012年6月加入中国科学院上海高等研究院,主持建设“先进润滑材料实验室”,实验室现有使用面积1800平方米,拥有润滑油分析检测设备50余台,固定资产2000多万元。课题组现有技术人员近50人,其中研究员4人,拥有博士学位的8人,有2人先后入选中国科学院BR计划。
围绕我国高端润滑油脂严重依赖进口的卡脖子问题,致力于满足先进装备和国防建设重大润滑需求,充分发挥企业和研究所相结合工作经验,瞄准茂金属催化剂、烯烃聚合工艺和润滑添加剂构效关系等科学问题和关键技术,重点从事精细化学品绿色合成工艺、高端润滑材料如合成基础油、高性能添加剂及配方的研究开发。
带领团队先后获得包括JKW、中国科学院先导A、中国科学院STS重点专项等各类课题30余项,累计发表 SCI 论文100余篇,申请专利50余项(授权28项)。与行业知名企业山西潞安化工集团、泸天化股份有限公司、德国 Sasol公司等建立了紧密的产学研合作关系,PAO基础油、烷基萘和全合成齿轮油等多项科研成果实现了产业化,累计产值超过5亿元,创造了良好的经济和社会效益。入选中国科学院特聘核心岗位,先后获得国务院政府特殊津贴、中国科学院优秀共产党员、江西省自然科学奖、山西省委特聘专家和中国表面工程协会科技贡献奖等奖项。
