1998-09至2003-03,北京理工大学车辆工程学院动力机械及工程专业攻读博士(硕博连读);
2003-04至2005-06,北京理工大学机械与车辆学院讲师;
2005-07至2016-06,北京理工大学机械与车辆学院副教授,2011年评聘为博士生指导教师;历任实验室副主任、系副主任、学院院长助理(2012)、副院长(2015)等职务;
2006-01至2006-04,英国西英格兰大学全英文授课能力培训;
2016-07至2020-09,北京理工大学机械与车辆学院,教授,博士生指导教师;历任学院副院长、常务副院长(2019)、党委书记(2020)等职务;

研究领域和兴趣

新型内燃发电动力系统理论与设计、车用动力系统NVH控制技术。

主要业绩

主要学术兼职有:中国内燃机学会常务理事兼副秘书长、中国内燃机学会设计与智能制造分会主任委员、中国汽车工程学会振动噪声分会委员、某部动力传动专业组专家委员等。
近年作为负责人承担军科委重大项目、国防基础产品创新计划项目、装备预研以及校企产学研合作等项目20余项,近五年科研到校科研经费4000余万元,发表SCI/EI收录论文90余篇,获授权国家发明专利30余项,专著3部,获国防科技进步二等奖、三等奖各1项,发起并成立中英“新概念动力机械与能源联合实验室”。
主要学术贡献为:(1)在新型动力发电技术领域,进一步完善了自由活塞内燃发电动力装置工作过程耦合建模与设计理论体系,提出该装置稳定运行控制理论与方法,首次获得可持续运转发电的实验室样机;(2)动力系统NVH控制技术领域,在内燃机内部激励力产生与传递机理、整机声辐射高精度建模等方面取得多项研究成果,并已成功应用于多个型号装甲车辆或舰船动力振声优化及结构改进中,取得良好的军事与社会效益。
